Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds are only available for products that are damaged or defective upon receipt.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order (based on USPS delivery confirmation) and provide proof of the damage or defect.

Non-Refundable Situations:

We do not offer refunds or accept returns if you dislike the product's appearance, texture, color, scent, performance, sillage, longevity, projection, or the quality/design of the packaging.

Personal preferences regarding scent, performance, potency, color, texture, or packaging design are subjective and not covered under our return/refund policy.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

Contact our customer service team at info@whistlenotes.com within 24 hours of receiving your order (based on USPS delivery confirmation).

Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos/video of the damaged or defective product.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product or issuing a refund.
